Description
Frozen chebureks with meat filling - a traditional product with a thin wheat dough mass and a juicy meat filling. Intended for frying, ideal for quick preparation at home or in catering establishments. Full heat treatment is required before consumption.
Ingredients
Dough mass (70%): wheat flour, water, salt.
Filling (30%): pork, chicken, bacon, onions, drinking water, table salt, spices (black pepper), sugar.

Preparation method
Fry the unthawed chebureks in hot oil on both sides until browned and fully cooked.
Storage conditions
Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
