Frozen meat dumplings – classic dumplings with a thin wheat dough shell (60%) and a generous meat filling (40%). The balanced ratio of dough to filling ensures a great taste and texture.

The product is intended for boiling and is suitable for daily consumption at home or in catering establishments. Full thermal processing is required before consumption.

Ingredients
Filling (40%): mechanically separated poultry (45%), water, onions, potato starch, textured soy flour, salt, spice blend, garlic granules, ground black pepper.
Dough (60%): wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, salt.

Preparation method
Place the dumplings in salted boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, then for another 3–5 minutes.
