“Beyaz” 50/50 chicken kebab for professional use, made from 50% chicken breast fillet and 50% chicken thigh meat (country of origin – Poland). The balanced ratio of lean to juicier meat ensures excellent cooking results – even browning, a tender texture, and stable slicing from the spit.

The product is shaped for cooking on a vertical rotisserie, making it ideal for kebab shops, restaurants, and the HoReCa sector, where quality control, consistent taste, and efficient operations are important.
