Frozen Samogitian dumplings with meat filling - a traditional Lithuanian dish made from wheat dough and a delicious meat filling. Suitable for quick preparation at home, boiled or fried as desired. A great choice for a hearty lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Dough mass (70%): wheat flour, water, salt.
Filling (30%): chicken, pork, water, salt, spices, pepper.

Preparation method
Cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes from the moment it comes to the boil. You can also fry or cook as desired.
