Frozen potato croquettes are a classic side dish, perfectly suited for restaurants, cafes, and other HoReCa establishments. Formed from potato mash, pre-fried, and flash-frozen, they are quick and easy to prepare.
Once cooked, they become crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Suitable for deep-frying or baking in an oven.
