High-quality frozen salmon fillet, C-trim standard, skin-on. Carefully processed – pin bones and belly fat have been removed, maintaining a neat cut and the natural shape of the fillet. The skin helps the fillet retain its firmness during cooking and is perfect for portioning.

Each fillet is individually vacuum-packed. The weight of one fillet is approximately 1.8–2.2 kg or more. Supplied in ~15 kg boxes. Suitable for restaurants, food production facilities, and the HoReCa sector.
