Frozen potato pancakes made from grated potatoes with onions. The product is pre-fried and quick-frozen, making it quick and easy to prepare. Frying produces a crispy exterior and a soft interior.

Potatoes (84%), starch, sunflower oil, onions (1.7%), egg powder, salt, potato fiber, wheat starch, wheat flour, thickener (guar gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), spices.

Preparation method
Fry directly from frozen state:
– in a pan for about 6 min.
– in a deep fryer: 175 °C, 3–3.5 min. (6–9 pieces)

Storage conditions
Store at a temperature no higher than –18 °C.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
