"Marmara Kebab" is a chicken kebab with fillet designed for professional use, formed for cooking on a vertical rotisserie. The product is made from 67% boneless chicken thigh meat and 30% chicken fillet (country of origin – Poland). This composition ratio ensures juiciness, a tender texture, and stable, even browning during cooking.

An excellent choice for kebab shops, restaurants, and the HoReCa sector, where high quality, reliable slicing from the spit, and a consistent final result are important.
